Meditation

My meditation journey began as a way to better deal with an autoimmune condition. Coping with my health condition required major lifestyle changes, and meditation facilitated this process.

I completed my 200-Hour Meditation Teacher Training Certification through the Yoga and Ayurveda Centre under Melissa Zegley. I practise various styles of meditation including mindfulness meditation, guided meditation, mantra meditation, singing bowl meditation, and loving kindness meditation.

Off the mat, I enjoy painting. I also enjoy gardening and spending time with my family and friends.

I love a hearty laugh and enjoy the little things in life that matter the most.
